Job Description - Remote Customer Service Manager

INTL FCStone is seeking a dedicated and motivated Remote Customer Service Manager to join our team on a part-time basis. As a Mid-to-Senior Level role, we require a minimum of 6 years of experience in customer service management. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional attention to detail and communication skills to effectively lead a remote team and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.


Responsibilities: - Manage a remote customer service team, providing guidance, support, and feedback - Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures to ensure efficient operations - Monitor customer service metrics and make data-driven decisions to improve performance - Handle escalated customer inquiries or issues in a timely and professional manner - Collaborate with other departments to enhance the overall customer experience - Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide ongoing training and development opportunities for team members


Requirements: - 6+ years of experience in customer service management - Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a remote team - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Proven track record of meeting and exceeding customer service goals - Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field is preferred - Proficiency in CRM software and other customer service tools
