Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated and independent Customer Service Manager to join our team at Terex in Abu Dhabi, AE. As a mid-to-senior level professional with at least 8 years of experience in customer service management, you will be responsible for overseeing the customer service operations and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities: 1. Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures to meet the company's objectives. 2. Manage and mentor a team of customer service representatives to ensure they provide excellent service to customers. 3. Analyze customer feedback and data to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions. 4. Collaborate with other departments such as sales and marketing to ensure a seamless customer experience. 5. Handle escalated customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner. 6. Develop and present reports on customer service performance and ways to improve. 7. Conduct training sessions for customer service representatives to enhance their skills and knowledge. 8. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer service management.
Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in business or a related field. 2. Proven experience in customer service management, preferably in a similar industry. 3. Strong strategic planning and presentation skills. 4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 5. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively. 6. Experience in implementing customer service technology and tools. 7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
