Job Description:
PepsiCo is seeking a Remote Customer Service Manager to join our team in Abu Dhabi. As a mid-to-senior level position with at least 6 years of experience, the ideal candidate will be driven, dedicated, possess excellent strategic planning skills, and be able to make effective decisions in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities: 1. Manage and lead a remote team of customer service representatives to ensure optimal performance and customer satisfaction. 2. Develop and implement strategic plans to improve customer service operations and drive business growth. 3. Analyze customer feedback and data to identify trends and areas for improvement. 4. Monitor key performance indicators and develop action plans to address any issues. 5. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and alignment on customer service goals. 6. Provide coaching and training to team members to enhance their skills and performance. 7. Handle escalated customer complaints and work towards a resolution that meets both customer and company objectives. 8. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve customer service operations. 9. Regularly report on key metrics and performance to senior management.
Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field. 2. Proven experience in customer service management, preferably in a remote setting. 3. Strong leadership and communication skills. 4. Ability to think strategically and make decisions that benefit both customers and the business. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and customer service software. 6. Excellent organizational and time management skills. 7. Ability to work independently and remotely while ensuring team cohesion and performance.
