Job Description - Remote Customer Service Manager

Job Description: Emerson Electric is seeking a highly experienced Remote Customer Service Manager to join our team in Dubai, UAE. The ideal candidate will have at least 7 years of experience in customer service management and possess excellent leadership and analytical skills. This part-time position is perfect for someone who is adaptable, resilient, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.


Responsibilities: - Manage a team of remote customer service representatives to ensure excellent customer support - Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention - Monitor and analyze customer service metrics to identify areas for improvement - Train and coach team members to enhance their performance and skills - Handle escalated customer issues and provide timely resolutions - Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and enhance the customer experience - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer service management


Requirements: - 7+ years of experience in customer service management - Strong leadership and analytical skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities - Proven track record of improving customer satisfaction and retention - Ability to work effectively in a remote environment - Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field (preferred)
