Job Description:
DTE Energy is currently seeking a Remote Customer Service Manager to join our team in Abu Dhabi, UAE. As a part-time position at the Associate Level, this role requires a minimum of 5 years of experience in customer service management.
Responsibilities: 1. Manage a team of remote customer service representatives to ensure excellent customer service delivery. 2. Develop and implement effective customer service strategies to improve customer satisfaction levels. 3. Monitor and analyze customer service performance metrics to identify areas for improvement. 4. Train and onboard new customer service team members to ensure they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge. 5. Handle escalated customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner. 6. Collaborate with other departments within the company to address customer service-related concerns. 7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer service management.
Requirements: 1. Confident and resilient personality traits. 2. Strong people management and decision-making skills. 3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Ability to work effectively in a remote work environment. 5. Prior experience in managing remote teams is a plus. 6. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred.
