Job description:
We are seeking a dedicated and resilient Customer Service Manager to join our team at Domtar in Dubai. As a mid-to-senior level position, the ideal candidate should have at least 7 years of experience in customer service management. The Customer Service Manager will be responsible for overseeing the customer service team, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction, and developing strategies to improve customer service processes.
Responsibilities: 1. Lead and manage the customer service team to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. 2. Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures to enhance customer experience. 3. Handle escalated customer complaints and provide resolutions in a timely manner. 4. Monitor customer service performance metrics and report on key performance indicators. 5. Conduct regular training sessions for the customer service team to improve their skills and knowledge. 6. Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and resolve customer issues effectively. 7. Develop and implement strategies for continuous improvement in customer service delivery. 8. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer service management.
Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field. 2. Proven work experience as a Customer Service Manager or similar role. 3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Strong leadership and management abilities. 5. Strategic planning and problem-solving skills. 6. Ability to adapt to changing business environments. 7. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
