Job Description:
Wyndham Worldwide is seeking a dedicated and energetic Customer Service Manager to join our team in Abu Dhabi, AE. As a Customer Service Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the customer service operations of our company, ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of service and satisfaction.
Responsibilities: 1. Manage a team of customer service representatives, providing guidance, training, and support as needed. 2. Implement and maintain customer service policies and procedures to ensure consistent and efficient service delivery. 3. Handle escalated customer inquiries and issues, resolving them in a timely and satisfactory manner. 4. Monitor customer service metrics and KPIs to track performance and identify areas for improvement. 5. Collaborate with other departments to address customer feedback and implement solutions to enhance the overall customer experience. 6. Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to team members to drive continuous improvement. 7. Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in customer service to apply innovative strategies to meet customer needs. 8. Foster a positive and collaborative working environment that promotes teamwork and professional development.
Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field. 2. Minimum of 8 years of proven experience in customer service management. 3. Strong leadership and people management skills. 4. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. 5. Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively. 6. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite. 7. Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills. 8. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
