Job Description:
As a Customer Service Manager at Bed Bath & Beyond in Abu Dhabi, your primary responsibility will be to oversee and lead our customer service team to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. You will be expected to handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints, provide guidance and support to the team, and implement strategies to improve overall customer experience.
Responsibilities: 1. Manage a team of customer service representatives to ensure timely and effective resolution of customer inquiries and complaints. 2. Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures to enhance customer satisfaction. 3. Monitor and analyze customer service metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes. 4. Train and coach team members to enhance their customer service skills and professional development. 5. Collaborate with other departments to address customer issues and provide feedback on product and service improvements. 6. Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner. 7. Contribute to the development and implementation of customer retention strategies. 8. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to customer service. 9. Participate in recruiting, hiring, and onboarding customer service team members. 10. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer service.
Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field. 2. Minimum of 6 years of experience in customer service management. 3. Strong leadership and communication skills. 4. Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work independently. 5. Proven experience in project management. 6. Proficiency in MS Office and customer service software. 7. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
