Job Description:
Delek US Holdings is currently seeking a part-time Customer Service Manager to join our team in Dubai, UAE. As a Customer Service Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the customer service team, ensuring excellent customer satisfaction, and implementing strategies to improve customer relations.
Responsibilities: - Manage and lead the customer service team to deliver high-quality service to our customers - Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures - Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and efficient manner - Monitor customer feedback and implement improvements to enhance the overall customer experience - Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience - Analyze customer service data to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement - Train and mentor customer service representatives - Monitor team performance and provide feedback for continuous improvement - Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners
Requirements: - 5 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Independent and reliable with a strong work ethic - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously - Cooperate with team members and demonstrate creativity in finding solutions - Knowledge of CRM systems and customer service best practices
