Job Description: As the Remote Customer Service Manager at Nike, you will play a pivotal role in leading and managing a team of remote customer service representatives to ensure exceptional customer experiences. This part-time position, based in Abu Dhabi, Abu Dhabi, requires a minimum of 5 years of experience in customer service or a related field at the Associate Level.
Responsibilities: 1. Lead, mentor, and coach a team of remote customer service representatives to deliver outstanding service and exceed customer expectations. 2. Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction, loyalty, and retention. 3. Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to drive continuous improvement in service quality and efficiency. 4. Collaborate with internal teams to address customer concerns, resolve issues, and enhance overall customer experience. 5. Conduct regular performance evaluations, provide feedback, and support team members in achieving their goals. 6. Stay up-to-date on industry trends, customer service best practices, and technology advancements to enhance service delivery.
Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in business administration, communications, or a related field. 2. Proven track record of at least 5 years of experience in a customer service or related role. 3. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a remote team. 4. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. 5. Resilient and hardworking with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. 6. Experience in strategic planning, presentation skills, and project management. 7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software. 8. Availability to work remotely and flexibly, including evenings and weekends as needed.
