Job Description - Remote Customer Service Manager

As a Remote Customer Service Manager at Union Pacific, you will play a key role in ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction for our clients. This part-time position in Abu Dhabi requires a talented individual with at least 7 years of experience in a similar role.


Responsibilities: - Managing a team of remote customer service representatives and overseeing their daily tasks - Setting performance goals and tracking progress towards those goals - Developing and implementing customer service policies and procedures - Handling escalated customer inquiries and ensuring timely resolution - Analyzing customer feedback and implementing improvements to enhance the overall customer experience - Conducting regular performance evaluations and providing feedback to team members - Collaborating with other departments to streamline processes and improve customer service efficiency - Keeping abreast of industry trends and best practices in customer service management


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field - Proven experience in customer service management - Strong leadership and communication skills - Ability to work effectively in a remote setting - Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment - Hardworking and dedicated to achieving results - People management skills and the ability to motivate and inspire a team - Innovative mindset and a passion for creating exceptional customer experiences
