Job Description:
Principal Financial is seeking a Customer Service Manager to work from home in Dubai. This part-time position is ideal for an experienced individual with 7 years of relevant experience in customer service management. The ideal candidate will be resourceful, reliable, possess excellent critical thinking skills, and demonstrate a high level of attention to detail.
Responsibilities: 1. Manage a team of remote customer service representatives, providing guidance, support, and training as needed. 2. Develop and implement strategies to enhance the customer service experience and increase customer satisfaction. 3. Monitor customer service metrics and KPIs to ensure targets are met or exceeded. 4. Handle escalated customer inquiries or issues, resolving them in a timely and professional manner. 5. Collaborate with other departments to address customer service-related challenges and implement solutions. 6. Develop and maintain customer service policies and procedures to ensure consistency and efficiency. 7. Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to team members to support their professional development. 8. Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices in customer service management.
Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience. 2. 7 years of experience in customer service management. 3. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 4. Strong leadership and decision-making skills. 5. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. 6. Experience with remote team management is a plus. 7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer service software.
