Customer Service Manager - Work from home

Job Description:

Charter Communications is seeking a passionate and resourceful Customer Service Manager to work remotely from home in Dubai, AE. As a mid-to-senior level manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing our customer service team to ensure exceptional service and satisfaction for our clients. This is a part-time position with a requirement of at least 6 years of experience in customer service.

Responsibilities: 1. Supervise and lead a team of customer service representatives, providing guidance, support, and coaching as needed. 2. Develop and implement strategies to improve customer service processes and procedures. 3. Monitor team performance and provide feedback to improve efficiency and effectiveness. 4. Handle escalated customer inquiries and provide resolutions in a timely manner. 5. Analyze customer feedback and data to identify trends and areas for improvement. 6. Collaborate with other departments to address customer issues and enhance the overall customer experience. 7. Develop training programs for customer service staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their roles. 8. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products and services to effectively address customer inquiries. 9. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to customer service.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field. 2. Proven experience in a customer service management role, preferably in the telecommunications industry. 3. Strong analytical skills and emotional intelligence to effectively understand and respond to customer needs. 4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 5. Ability to work independently and manage remote teams effectively. 6. Highly organized with strong attention to detail. 7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer service software. 8. Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and ever-changing work environment.
