United Rentals is seeking a Customer Service Manager to work from home in Dubai, AE. As a part-time position at a mid-to-senior level, the ideal candidate will have at least 8 years of experience in customer service.
Responsibilities: - Manage a team of remote customer service representatives - Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures - Handle escalated customer inquiries and provide solutions in a timely manner - Monitor team performance and provide coaching and feedback as necessary - Analyze customer feedback and data to identify areas for improvement - Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience - Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices in customer service
Requirements: - Independent and driven personality traits - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work well in a team - Excellent communication and leadership abilities - Experience working in a remote or virtual environment - Proficiency in customer service software and tools - Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field (preferred)
