Job Description - Customer Service Manager - Work from home

Job Description:


We are seeking a part-time Customer Service Manager to join our team at Staples, working remotely from home in Dubai. As a Customer Service Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing a team of customer service representatives and ensuring exceptional service and satisfaction for our customers.


Responsibilities: 1. Manage and lead a team of remote customer service representatives, providing guidance, training, and support. 2. Develop and implement strategies to improve customer service processes and procedures. 3. Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints, resolving issues promptly and efficiently. 4. Monitor team performance and KPIs to ensure goals are met and exceeded. 5. Analyze customer feedback and data to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions. 6. Collaborate with other departments to improve overall customer experience and satisfaction. 7. Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices in customer service.


Requirements: 1. 5 years of previous experience in a customer service role, with at least 2 years in a managerial or supervisory position. 2. Resourceful and driven individual who can motivate and lead a remote team effectively. 3. Strong soft skills including creativity and critical thinking to solve complex customer issues. 4. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 5. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively. 6. Proficient in Microsoft Office and customer service software. 7. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
