Job Description:
As a Remote Customer Service Officer at ADP, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients from the comfort of your own home. Your main duties will include handling incoming calls, emails, and chats from customers, resolving their inquiries and issues in a timely and efficient manner. You will also be expected to maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions, as well as collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Responsibilities: - Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat - Resolving customer complaints and issues with professionalism and efficiency - Providing accurate information about products and services - Maintaining customer records and updating information as needed - Collaborating with team members to address complex customer concerns - Following up with customers to ensure their satisfaction - Adhering to company policies and procedures at all times
Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Strong problem-solving abilities - Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Driven and resourceful personality traits - Strong time management and innovation skills - Ability to adapt to a fast-paced work environment - Previous customer service experience is a plus but not required
