Customer Service Officer

Job Description:

Newmont Mining is seeking a passionate and reliable Customer Service Officer to join our team in Abu Dhabi, UAE on a part-time basis. As an Entry Level Customer Service Officer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and ensuring their needs are met in a timely and efficient manner.

Responsibilities: - Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person - Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and efficient manner - Process orders and maintain accurate records of customer interactions - Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction - Assist with special projects as needed - Provide support to the sales team as required

Requirements: - 1 year of customer service experience - Passionate about providing excellent customer service - Reliable and able to work independently - Strong leadership and project management skills - Excellent communication skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities - Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
