Job Description:
Autoliv is seeking a Remote Customer Service Officer to join our team in Dubai. As a part-time Entry Level position, this role is perfect for individuals who are hardworking, reliable, and looking to kickstart their career in the customer service industry.
Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer service to clients through various communication channels, including phone calls, emails, and live chat. - Resolve customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner. - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. - Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience. - Use emotional intelligence to understand and empathize with customer needs and concerns. - Analyze customer data and feedback to identify trends and improve service quality. - Adhere to company policies and procedures to uphold a high standard of service.
Requirements: - Strong communication skills and a customer-centric approach - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software is a plus - High school diploma or equivalent - No prior experience required, training will be provided
