Customer Service Officer

Job Description:

Expedia is seeking a dedicated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a part-time Customer Service Officer in Abu Dhabi, UAE. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of experience in a customer service role.

Responsibilities: - Handle customer inquiries and provide timely and accurate responses - Assist customers with booking flights, hotels, and other travel arrangements - Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and efficient manner - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to better assist customers

Requirements: - Resilient and confident personality traits to handle challenging situations with ease - Strong people management skills to effectively communicate and build relationships with customers - Adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced and ever-changing work environment - Proficiency in English (additional languages are a plus) - Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
