Job Description:
We are seeking a reliable and driven Customer Service Officer to join our team at Fiserv in Dubai. As a Customer Service Officer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients. You will act as the first point of contact for customers, addressing their inquiries and resolving any issues they may have in a timely and professional manner.
Responsibilities: 1. Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a prompt and courteous manner. 2. Troubleshooting and resolving customer issues related to our products and services. 3. Providing product information and assistance to customers. 4. Escalating complex issues to the appropriate department for resolution. 5. Maintaining accurate and detailed records of customer interactions. 6. Collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless customer service. 7. Participating in ongoing training to stay up-to-date on product knowledge and customer service best practices. 8. Analyzing customer feedback and identifying areas for improvement in our customer service processes. 9. Supporting the team with ad-hoc projects and tasks as needed.
Requirements: - 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Excellent analysis and problem-solving abilities. - Proven project management skills. - Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer service software. - Bachelor's degree in business or a related field preferred.
