Customer Service Officer

Job description:

We are looking for a part-time Customer Service Officer to join our team at Dean Foods in Dubai. As a Customer Service Officer, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our clients and ensuring their needs are met in a timely and efficient manner.

Responsibilities: - Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person - Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and friendly manner - Process customer orders and ensure accurate shipment and delivery - Maintain customer records and update information as needed - Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction - Provide product information and recommendations to customers - Assist in developing and implementing customer service strategies - Keep up to date with product knowledge and company policies - Meet and exceed customer service goals and targets

Requirements: - Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Confident and dedicated personality traits - Strong adaptability and negotiation skills as soft skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Proven track record of providing exceptional customer service - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficient in MS Office and customer service software - Must be fluent in English, additional languages a plus
