Customer Service Officer

Job Description:

As a Customer Service Officer at Motorola Solutions in Abu Dhabi, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients. Your main duties will involve addressing customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will also be required to provide support to the sales team, handle billing inquiries, and manage customer accounts. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

Responsibilities: - Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat - Resolving customer complaints in a professional and timely manner - Providing product information and assistance to customers - Supporting the sales team with order processing and account management - Handling billing inquiries and processing payments - Maintaining accurate and up-to-date customer records - Collaborating with colleagues worldwide to ensure a seamless customer experience - Continuously improving customer service processes and procedures

Requirements: - 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Independent and resourceful personality traits - Strong emotional intelligence and communication skills - Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software - Excellent problem-solving skills - Bachelor's degree in business or a related field preferred
