Customer Service Officer

Job Description:

National Oilwell Varco is seeking a meticulous and customer-focused Customer Service Officer to join our team in Abu Dhabi. As a part-time Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in customer service and possess the personality traits of resilience and confidence. The successful candidate will exhibit strong soft skills in cooperation and strategic planning.

Responsibilities: - Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and resolving complaints in a timely and professional manner - Manage customer accounts and maintain accurate records of interactions - Collaborate with various departments to ensure customer satisfaction and retention - Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services - Conduct market research to stay current on industry trends and competitor activities - Assist in developing and implementing customer service policies and procedures - Handle escalated customer issues and provide solutions to ensure customer loyalty - Meet and exceed customer service goals and targets set by the company

Requirements: - Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills - Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively - Resilient attitude and confidence in dealing with challenging situations
