Customer Service Officer - Work from home

Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Customer Service Officer to join our team at Darden Restaurants. This is a part-time position that offers the flexibility of working from home. As a Customer Service Officer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and resolving any issues or inquiries they may have.

Responsibilities: - Manage incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat - Resolve customer complaints in a professional and timely manner - Provide product information and recommendations to customers - Process orders and assist with any shipping or delivery issues - Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and retention - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience

Requirements: - At least 4 years of experience in a customer service role - Strong communication skills and a customer-focused mindset - Driven and resilient personality traits - Ability to think critically and problem solve effectively - Persuasion skills to handle difficult customer situations - Ability to work independently and efficiently from home
