Remote Customer Service Representative

Job Description:

We are seeking a Remote Customer Service Representative to join our team at Cardinal Health in Abu Dhabi. As a part-time entry-level position, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat.

Responsibilities: - Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner - Provide product information and assistance with orders - Input and update customer data in our database - Assist with processing returns and refunds - Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction - Meet and exceed performance goals and targets set by the company - Maintain a positive attitude and contribute to a supportive team environment - Continuously improve customer service skills and knowledge of company products

Requirements: - Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset - Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other basic computer skills - High school diploma or equivalent - Resilient and driven personality traits - People management and problem-solving skills - No prior experience required, but willingness to learn and grow in the role - Must have a quiet and distraction-free workspace for remote work
