Remote Customer Service Representative

Job Description:

Emerson Electric is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Remote Customer Service Representative to join our team in Dubai, AE. As a part-time Associate Level position, the successful candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in customer service roles and possess the personality traits of being independent and confident. The ideal candidate will also have strong soft skills in presentation and project management.

Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and online chat - Resolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Assist in the development of customer service strategies and processes - Stay current on product knowledge and company policies - Meet and exceed customer service goals and targets

Requirements: - Minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service roles - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail - Ability to work independently and in a team environment - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
