Customer Service Representative

Job Description:

CarMax is seeking a dedicated and reliable Customer Service Representative to join our team in Dubai, AE. As a part-time Associate Level employee, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service to our clients.

Responsibilities: 1. Greet customers and assist them with inquiries regarding products and services. 2. Provide accurate information about pricing, availability, and promotions. 3. Assist customers with purchases, returns, and exchanges. 4. Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner. 5. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a smooth and efficient customer experience. 6. Maintain a clean and organized work environment. 7. Support corporate social responsibility initiatives through community service efforts.

Requirements: 1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service. 2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 3. Ability to think critically and problem-solve effectively. 4. Strong cooperation skills and the ability to work well in a team environment. 5. Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software. 6. Must be fluent in English, Arabic language is a plus. 7. Must have a valid work permit for Dubai.
