Remote Customer Service Representative

Job Description:

Freeport-McMoRan is seeking a dedicated Remote Customer Service Representative to join our team in Abu Dhabi, AE. As a part-time Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in customer service roles. We are looking for individuals who are adaptable and driven, with excellent teamwork and creativity skills.

Responsibilities: 1. Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner. 2. Provide accurate information and guidance to customers regarding products, services, and policies. 3. Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively and efficiently. 4. Keep detailed records of customer interactions and transactions. 5. Collaborate with other team members to improve customer service processes and procedures. 6. Stay up-to-date on company products, services, and promotions to effectively assist customers.

Requirements: 1. 2+ years of experience in customer service roles. 2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 3. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively. 4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems. 5. High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred.
