Remote Customer Service Representative

Job Description:

Ryder System is currently seeking a Remote Customer Service Representative to join our team in Abu Dhabi, AE. As a part-time entry-level position, this role requires individuals with the energy and dedication to provide exceptional customer service while working remotely.

Responsibilities: 1. Answer inbound customer calls and emails in a timely and professional manner 2. Assist customers with inquiries, concerns, and complaints, resolving issues to ensure customer satisfaction 3. Use problem-solving skills to address customer needs and provide suitable solutions 4. Negotiate with customers when necessary to reach a mutually beneficial resolution 5. Document all customer interactions and maintain accurate records in the company database 6. Collaborate with other team members to share knowledge and best practices for customer service excellence 7. Adhere to company policies and procedures to uphold service quality standards 8. Continuously seek opportunities for self-improvement and growth in the role

Requirements: 1. Strong work ethic and dedication to providing exceptional customer service 2. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written 3. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting 4. Proficiency in problem-solving and negotiation techniques 5. Energetic and positive attitude towards customer interactions 6. No prior experience required - training will be provided 7. Availability to work part-time hours as needed
