Job Description:

As a Remote Customer Service Representative at First Data, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients in a virtual setting. Your role will involve addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience. You will use your resourcefulness and drive to effectively handle a variety of customer situations and inquiries.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner - Provide accurate information and assistance to customers regarding products and services - Resolve customer complaints and issues with empathy and a focus on problem-solving - Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and service delivery - Collaborate with other team members and departments to ensure customer needs are met - Meet and exceed performance goals and metrics set by the company

Requirements: - 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Strong communication skills and ability to effectively interact with customers - Proficiency in using technology and customer service software - Resourceful and driven mindset with a focus on customer satisfaction - Soft skills such as leadership and innovation to drive customer service excellence
