Job description:
Guardian Life Insurance Company of America is seeking a motivated and dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team in Abu Dhabi, AE. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to policyholders, beneficiaries, and agents through various communication channels.
Responsibilities: - Responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner - Processing policy changes, updates, and claims according to company guidelines - Providing information about insurance products, services, and coverage options to customers - Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborating with other departments to address customer needs and improve overall customer satisfaction - Participating in training and development programs to improve customer service skills and product knowledge
Requirements: - Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong negotiation and cooperation skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications - High school diploma or equivalent required
