Customer Service Representative

Job Description:

We are looking for a passionate and energetic Customer Service Representative to join our team at Liberty Mutual Insurance Group in Abu Dhabi. As a part-time Associate Level role, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service to our clients and supporting them with their insurance needs.

Responsibilities: - Answering customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat - Assisting customers with policy changes, claims processing, and general insurance queries - Providing exceptional customer service in a timely and professional manner - Collaborating with other team members to ensure seamless customer experience - Keeping accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Resolving customer complaints and escalating issues when necessary - Demonstrating creativity and presentation skills in finding solutions to customer problems - Meeting and exceeding customer satisfaction goals set by the company

Requirements: - Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor - Ability to work well under pressure and handle challenging situations with grace - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail - Passion for helping people and providing outstanding service - Energetic and enthusiastic attitude towards work - Soft skills in creativity and presentation to effectively communicate with customers
