Job Description - Customer Service Representative - Work from home

Job Description:


J.M. Smucker is seeking a dedicated and energetic Customer Service Representative to join our team in Abu Dhabi, AE. This is a part-time, entry-level position that allows you to work from the comfort of your own home. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and assisting them with any inquiries or concerns they may have.


Responsibilities: 1. Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner. 2. Resolving customer issues and complaints to ensure customer satisfaction. 3. Handling customer orders, returns, and exchanges efficiently and accurately. 4. Upselling products and services to increase sales revenue. 5. Providing product information and recommendations to customers. 6. Maintaining a positive and helpful attitude at all times.


Requirements: 1. High school diploma or equivalent. 2. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. 3. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. 4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software. 6. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively. 7. Previous customer service experience preferred but not required.
