Customer Service Representative - Work from home

Job Description:

Realogy Holdings is seeking a part-time Customer Service Representative to work from home in Dubai, UAE. This entry-level position requires at least 1 year of experience in a customer service role. We are looking for individuals who are resourceful, adaptable, possess strong research skills, and demonstrate emotional intelligence.

Responsibilities: - Handle customer inquiries and provide solutions in a timely and professional manner - Maintain a positive and empathetic attitude towards customers at all times - Utilize various communication channels (phone, email, chat) to assist customers with their needs - Collaborate with team members and other departments to resolve customer issues effectively - Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Stay up-to-date on company products and services to better assist customers - Provide feedback on customer issues to help improve our overall customer service experience

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in a customer service role - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail - Ability to work independently and collaborate with a remote team - High school diploma or equivalent required - Must have a reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace at home
