Customer Service Specialist

Masco, a leading company based in Abu Dhabi, is seeking a part-time Customer Service Specialist to join our team. As an Associate Level position, this role requires a minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field.

Responsibilities: - Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information about products and services - Process orders, returns, and exchanges in a timely manner - Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively - Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction - Keep detailed records of customer interactions and transactions - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies - Assist with marketing campaigns and promotions - Conduct surveys or focus groups to gather feedback from customers

Requirements: - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong problem-solving abilities and customer service orientation - Ability to work independently and adapt to changing circumstances - Proficiency in project management and presentation skills - Prior experience in a similar role is preferred - Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
