Customer Service Specialist

Job Description:

As a Customer Service Specialist at Disney in Abu Dhabi, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to enhance the overall guest experience. In this part-time associate-level position, you will play a critical role in ensuring the satisfaction of Disney's guests through your interactions with them.

Responsibilities: 1. Greet guests and assist them with inquiries, ticket sales, and reservations. 2. Handle guest complaints and provide solutions in a timely and professional manner. 3. Maintain a positive attitude and work collaboratively with team members to ensure a seamless guest experience. 4. Stay updated on Disney products, services, and promotions to provide accurate information to guests. 5. Operate cash registers and handle financial transactions accurately. 6. Help maintain cleanliness and organization in the designated work area. 7. Uphold Disney's high standards of customer service and professionalism at all times.

Requirements: 1. At least 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field. 2. Independent and hardworking personality traits. 3. Strong creativity and leadership skills. 4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities. 6. Availability to work weekends, holidays, and evenings. 7. Fluent in English and Arabic is preferred.
