Customer Service Specialist

Job Description:

Republic Services is seeking a dedicated and motivated Customer Service Specialist to join our team in Abu Dhabi, AE. As an Associate Level employee with at least 4 years of experience, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients.

Responsibilities: - Interact with customers via phone, email, and chat to address inquiries, resolve issues, and provide information about our products and services - Handle customer complaints and ensure swift resolution - Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently - Keep detailed records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers

Requirements: - 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor - Strong emotional intelligence and ability to handle difficult situations with poise - Proven decision-making skills and ability to think quickly on your feet - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - High school diploma or equivalent required, Bachelor’s degree preferred
