Job Description:
We are looking for a Remote Customer Service Specialist to join our team at Ameriprise Financial. This is a part-time position with the opportunity for growth within the company. As an Entry Level candidate, you should have at least 1 year of experience in customer service.
Responsibilities: 1. Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and chat 2. Handle inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner 3. Assist clients with account maintenance, transactions, and account inquiries 4. Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience 5. Analyze customer feedback and provide suggestions for improvement 6. Uphold high standards of professionalism and integrity in all interactions with clients 7. Stay up to date on industry trends and product knowledge to better assist clients 8. Meet or exceed performance metrics and goals set by the company
Requirements: 1. Resilient and dedicated personality traits 2. Strong communication and problem-solving skills 3. Ability to work effectively in a remote team environment 4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer relationship management software 5. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail 6. Ability to work well under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively 7. Teamwork and collaboration skills 8. Previous experience in financial services is a plus
