Customer Service Specialist

Welcome to PPG Industries! We are currently seeking a motivated and dedicated Customer Service Specialist to join our team in Dubai on a part-time basis. This entry-level position is perfect for individuals with at least 1 year of experience in customer service who are looking to kickstart their career in the industry.

As a Customer Service Specialist at PPG Industries, your responsibilities will include:

1. Providing exceptional customer service to clients through phone, email, and in-person interactions. 2. Handling customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional and timely manner. 3. Resolving customer issues efficiently and effectively, escalating when necessary. 4. Processing orders, tracking shipments, and ensuring timely delivery to customers. 5. Keeping accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 6. Collaborating with the sales team to provide support and assistance with customer accounts.

In addition to the responsibilities listed above, the ideal candidate for this role will possess the following requirements:

- Personality traits: motivated, dedicated - Soft skills: strategic planning, decision-making - Excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail - Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software - Fluency in English (knowledge of additional languages is a plus)
