Remote Customer Service Specialist

Job Description:

L-3 Communications is seeking a Remote Customer Service Specialist to join our team in Abu Dhabi, UAE. As a part-time Associate Level employee, the successful candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in customer service roles. We are looking for someone who is resourceful, motivated, and possesses strong time management and emotional intelligence skills.

Responsibilities: - Serve as the primary point of contact for customers via phone, email, and chat - Provide timely and accurate information to customers regarding products, services, and inquiries - Assist customers with order placement, tracking, and returns - Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner - Document all customer interactions and maintain accurate records in our CRM system - Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction and service excellence

Requirements: - 3+ years of experience in a customer service role - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong problem-solving abilities and customer-focused mindset - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems - High school diploma or equivalent required, college degree preferred - Must be available to work part-time hours remotely
