Job Description - Customer Service Specialist


Job Description:


Anthem is seeking a passionate and resilient Customer Service Specialist to join our team in Dubai. As a part-time entry-level role, this position requires at least 1 year of experience in a customer service or related field. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a strong dedication to providing exceptional customer support.


Responsibilities: 1. Handle customer inquiries and provide timely and accurate responses via phone, email, and chat. 2. Assist customers with product information, order status, and issue resolution. 3. Process orders, returns, and exchanges in a timely manner. 4. Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team members for resolution. 5. Maintain customer records and ensure accurate documentation of interactions. 6. Collaborate with other departments to improve overall customer satisfaction. 7. Contribute to a positive and professional work environment.


Requirements: 1. 1+ years of experience in customer service or a related field. 2. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. 3. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure. 4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. 5. People management and presentation skills. 6. Passion for providing exceptional customer service. 7. Resilient and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
