Job Description - Customer Service Specialist

Customer Service Specialist Job Description:


L-3 Communications is seeking a reliable and driven Customer Service Specialist to join our team in Abu Dhabi. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in a customer service role. The successful candidate will possess strong problem-solving skills and demonstrate leadership abilities.


Responsibilities: - Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner - Provide exceptional customer service through various channels, including phone, email, and in-person interactions - Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies - Assist with customer feedback analysis and implementation of improvements - Uphold the highest standards of ethical conduct and integrity in all interactions


Requirements: - Minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong problem-solving abilities - Leadership qualities - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
