Job Description - Customer Service Specialist


Job Description: CH2M Hill is seeking a reliable and passionate Customer Service Specialist to join our team in Abu Dhabi. As an Entry Level position, this role is perfect for someone looking to kickstart their career in customer service. The Customer Service Specialist will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional service to our clients.


Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner. 2. Assist customers with product information, pricing, and order processing. 3. Resolve customer complaints and issues with a focus on customer satisfaction. 4. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products and services. 5. Maintain accurate customer records and documentation. 6. Identify opportunities for improving customer experience and make recommendations to management.


Requirements: 1. 1 year of customer service experience preferred. 2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 3. Ability to analyze customer needs and make sound decisions. 4. Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic. 5. Passion for providing exceptional customer service. 6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 7. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
