Job Description - Customer Service Specialist - Work from home

Job Description:


Bristol-Myers Squibb is seeking a Customer Service Specialist to work from home in Dubai, UAE. This part-time position is ideal for entry-level individuals with at least 1 year of experience in customer service. The successful candidate will possess the personality traits of being resourceful and hardworking, as well as the soft skills of persuasion and adaptability.


Responsibilities: - Provide excellent customer service to clients through various channels such as phone, email, and chat - Address customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner - Assist customers with placing orders, tracking shipments, and resolving issues - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies - Meet or exceed customer satisfaction goals set by the company


Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent - 1 year of experience in customer service - Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic - Proficient in using computer systems and software applications - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail - Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
