Customer Service Specialist - Work from home

Job Description:

We are looking for a reliable and adaptable Customer Service Specialist to join our team at Alliance Data Systems. As a Customer Service Specialist, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to our clients while working from the comfort of your own home. This part-time position at the Associate Level requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service.

Responsibilities: - Communicate with customers via phone, email, and chat to resolve inquiries and issues - Provide product information and assistance with order processing - Handle customer complaints and follow-up to ensure complete satisfaction - Work collaboratively with the team to meet and exceed customer service goals - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information - Utilize creative problem-solving skills to address customer needs effectively

Requirements: - 3+ years of experience in customer service - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong people management skills - Ability to adapt to changing situations and think creatively - High school diploma or equivalent required - Must have a quiet and professional home office environment - Reliable internet connection and computer equipment
