Remote Customer Success Assistant

Job Description: Capital One Financial is seeking a Remote Customer Success Assistant to join our team in Abu Dhabi, AE. This part-time position at the Associate Level requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service. The ideal candidate will be confident, passionate, possess strong communication skills, and excel at decision-making.

Responsibilities: - Provide excellent customer service through various channels such as phone, email, and chat - Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure their satisfaction and success - Assist customers with account inquiries, troubleshooting, and issue resolution - Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs and escalate issues when necessary - Collect and analyze customer feedback to improve our products and services - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Stay up-to-date on company products, services, and policies to provide accurate information to customers

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred - 2+ years of experience in customer service or a similar role - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong decision-making abilities and problem-solving skills - Ability to work independently and in a team environment - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Confident and passionate attitude towards customer success
