Job Description:
MGM Resorts International is seeking a Remote Customer Success Assistant to join our team in Dubai, AE. This part-time position at the Associate level requires at least 3 years of experience in a similar role. The ideal candidate will be hardworking, dedicated, possess strong strategic planning skills, and excel in cooperation with others.
Responsibilities: 1. Act as a point of contact for customers, providing excellent service and support remotely. 2. Assist customers with product inquiries, troubleshooting, and issue resolution. 3. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and retention. 4. Collaborate with internal teams to develop and execute strategic plans for customer success. 5. Conduct regular check-ins with customers to gather feedback and identify opportunities for improvement. 6. Provide training and guidance to customers on how to maximize the value of our products and services. 7. Track customer interactions and maintain accurate records in CRM software. 8. Assist in onboarding new customers and ensuring a smooth transition to our products and services. 9. Keep up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activities to provide insights for customer success. 10. Assist in various administrative tasks as needed to support the customer success team.
Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in business or a related field preferred. 2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer success or similar role. 3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. 5. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite. 6. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively. 7. Flexibility to work remotely and collaborate with a global team. 8. Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus.
