Remote Customer Success Assistant

Job Description:

Union Pacific is seeking a Remote Customer Success Assistant to join our team in Dubai. As a part-time entry-level position, this role offers an exciting opportunity for individuals looking to kickstart their career in customer success within a global company. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty to our brand.

Responsibilities: - Communicate with customers via phone, email, and chat to address any inquiries or issues they may have - Maintain a positive and helpful attitude when interacting with customers, embodying the company's values - Collaborate with other team members to troubleshoot and resolve customer concerns in a timely manner - Track and report customer feedback and trends to the Customer Success Manager for continuous improvement - Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and updating customer records - Work independently to prioritize tasks and manage workload effectively

Requirements: - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to remain resilient and reliable under pressure - Excellent cooperation and negotiation skills - No previous experience required, but a willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment - Must be based in Dubai, as this is a remote position - Ability to work part-time according to a flexible schedule
