Remote Customer Success Assistant

Job Description:

We are looking for a Remote Customer Success Assistant to join our team at Jumeirah Group in Abu Dhabi. As a Customer Success Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers and ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services. This is a part-time position suitable for an entry-level candidate with at least 1 year of experience.

Responsibilities: - Communicate with customers via phone, email, and chat to address any inquiries or issues they may have - Assist customers with product demonstrations, troubleshooting, and general support - Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure their long-term satisfaction - Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to ensure a seamless customer experience - Collect and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction - Provide training and educational resources to customers to help them maximize the value of our products and services

Requirements: - Driven and resourceful personality traits - Strong attention to detail and negotiation skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
