Remote Customer Success Assistant

Job description:

We are seeking a Remote Customer Success Assistant to join our team at Baxalta in Dubai. As a part-time position suitable for entry-level candidates with zero years of experience, this role requires proactive individuals who are adaptable and independent. The successful candidate will possess a high level of innovation and creativity to drive customer success through various channels.

Responsibilities: 1. Assist in managing customer accounts and providing support for product inquiries and troubleshooting. 2. Conduct regular check-ins with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns. 3. Collaborate with the sales team to enhance customer engagement and retention strategies. 4. Utilize customer data to analyze trends and identify opportunities for improvement. 5. Create and maintain documentation for customer interactions and feedback. 6. Assist in the development of customer success programs and initiatives.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field preferred but not required. 2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 3. Ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities. 4. Exceptional problem-solving skills and a customer-oriented mindset. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software is a plus. 6. Must be willing to work remotely and be available for occasional team meetings.
